XO is an event-production company specializing in innovative nightlife entertainment. Formally established in San Diego (2005), the company has a strong presence in the city, where XO and its partners have produced several memorable events at numerous venues in downtown.

With a push from management to grow it brand outside its comfort zone, the company has expanded its operation throughout Southern California, including hosting events in Orange County, Long Beach, and Hollywood. In the last few years management has placed heavy emphasis on building a network in Northern California, and the company accomplished its goal of hosting its first event in the Bay Area.

More recently, XO has used its expertise and resources to assist in the planning, marketing, and operation of events for non-profit organizations.
